Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Paul reminds us that anxiety can be replaced with peace through prayer. When we bring our worries to God with thanksgiving, He promises a peace that goes beyond human understanding—a supernatural calm that protects our hearts and minds.
Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Jesus teaches us to focus on today rather than being overwhelmed by future concerns. God gives us grace for each day as it comes, not all at once. Trust Him with tomorrow while you handle today.
