This migration will update all your existing comprehensive studies by adding descriptive placeholder content to empty sections. This enables the "Expand for more details" button and voice Q&A features that were previously missing.

What this does:

• Finds all studies with empty sections (Historical Context, Theological Insights, etc.)
• Adds descriptive placeholder text with "[Expand for more details]" marker
• Enables expand buttons and voice Q&A microphone icons
• Does NOT modify Core Summary or sections that already have content
